What to expect on your first visit
A warm welcome and a relaxing ambience.
I will ask you to fill out a consultation sheet either prior to the massage or when you arrive regarding your health, any injuries, surgeries, skin complaints or any problem areas. Once completed, we will discuss your answers, what you are hoping to achieve and if there are any areas you would like me to concentrate on.
Once the paperwork is completed, the massage will begin for your desired time.
After your treatment, we will discuss aftercare and hopefully a rebooking!
What to wear
Please shower before your massage and arrive in comfortable clothing.
Only underwear will remain on for a Full Body massage. For Back, Neck & Shoulders, trousers can remain on.
Towels will be used to cover modesty at all times.
